Tauba Auerbach is amazing. She has been an SF favorite for a while. I remember reading some 7x7 Magazine "Hot 30 Under 30" list that she was on a few years ago. I still think her work is amazing...

I read an interview with Tauba on 7x7 Magazine's site and she seems a little confused: She likes the slightly hippie attitude in S.F. but doesn't care for the generic wackiness of Burning Man culture. Aren't they kind of intertwined?
